questions aimed at
finding your
unique denim
personality,
your ideal size, cut
and wash
preferences. With
these, TRDB is able
to select 5 pair of
jeans that will work
for you!
Your jeans are
delivered at a time
& date prearranged
with our customer
services team. You
will be able to try
them on, pair them
with shoes - style
them with your
favourite tops and
jackets; seek
opinions from your
friends, husband,
children or even the
family pet.
A courier or
delivery service
will return to pick
up the jeans the
following day at
your prearranged
time. The courier
services are
available in London.
All other UK
locations will be
handled using a
package delivery
services.

The Fine Print
The Raw Denim Bar
will
pre-authorise
your chosen credit
or debit card

to take
part in this
exclusive service.
An approved Pre Auth
will only place a
hold on your account
for
200.
Upon receipt of your
returned jeans. The
Raw Denim Bar will
only credit or
charge you for the
difference of jeans
purchased from your
DC.
The Raw Denim Bar
will charge you a
service fee of
20
for the time and
effort that we input
into selecting your
pair of jeans.
However, if you
decide to purchase
anything from the
DC, we will deduct
20
from your final
amount. If you did
not find any keepers
among your DC
selection, we will
issue a gift
certificate of
20
for our online
boutique. In this
case, you will not
loose your
20
, but will receive a
merchandise credit
for any purchases
made from TRDB
whether made from
the DC or through
our website.

ensure all
merchandise and TRDB
tags are left on the
clothing. Should the
product be returned
in a condition that
will exclude it from
sale, TRDB will
contact you to make
arrangements to ship
the product and
charge you the full
retail price.
All prices are
clearly marked on
the jeans and you
will receive an
email confirmation
of your appointment,
jeans selected and
the retail price.
Should you be unable
to meet the courier
at the specified
time of delivery or
pick up, please
contact us to make
new arrangements.
Due to the time
involved for our Fit
Experts to carefully
review your profile
and select jeans for
each customer, the
Denim Concierge
service is limited
in the number of
people it can serve
each day.
